Valatam is looking for a Remote Recruitment Specialist to support all Talent Acquisition efforts for our client's business. In this bilingual role, you will be a key driver in sourcing and hiring talent across Latin America.
What You'll Do
- Source and contact potential applicants who fit the search criteria.
- Read and reply to LinkedIn messages in a timely manner.
- Publish job posts on various recruitment platforms.
- Screen incoming applicants and move them through the pipeline.
- Conduct interviews, taking and organizing interview notes.
- Keep ATS and department admin folders up to date.
- Complete and submit reports and metrics.
- Perform other administrative activities related to the role.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
- At least 3 years of Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and a backup connection.

- A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred.

- Hourly rate starting at USD $1,288/month (final rate will be experience-based).
