About the Role
The specialist will lead end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely placements.
Responsibilities

- Attend virtual career events and recruitment fairs
- Build relationships with passive candidates

- Track key recruitment metrics and report on performance

- Partner with team leads to understand role specifications
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
