Stride, Inc. is looking for a Remote Recruiter (RVA) to join our team. In this role, you will support our end-to-end hiring process, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates who are qualified and ready to transition into remote work.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Screen and evaluate applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to ensure applicant fit.
- Follow up with applicants promptly and maintain consistent communication.
- Utilize Apploi and our in-house recruitment system to track candidates and manage the hiring pipeline.
- Source talents across multiple platforms and identify individuals suited for remote work setups.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and recruitment reports.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is required.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications quickly and accurately.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple vacancies at once.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.

- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Apploi.
