About the Role
This position is responsible for managing the complete hiring lifecycle, from identifying candidates to offer closure, while building relationships with hiring managers and improving sourcing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identify qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess fit
- Manage applicant tracking system entries and candidate communications
- Coordinate interviews and scheduling with hiring teams
- Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract talent
- Present qualified candidates to hiring teams
- Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes
- Track key recruitment metrics and report on performance
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Engage passive candidates through targeted outreach
- Refine sourcing strategies based on role demands
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
- Participate in recruitment process improvements
