About the Role

This position is responsible for managing the complete hiring lifecycle, from identifying candidates to offer closure, while building relationships with hiring managers and improving sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess fit
  • Manage applicant tracking system entries and candidate communications
  • Coordinate interviews and scheduling with hiring teams
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract talent
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring teams
  • Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes
  • Track key recruitment metrics and report on performance
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Engage passive candidates through targeted outreach
  • Refine sourcing strategies based on role demands
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
  • Participate in recruitment process improvements
