Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Candidate Network Development - Dynamically locate potential candidates through multiple channels: employment platforms, digital networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced search techniques, and internal candidate tracking systems. - Construct, sustain, and strategically organize talent networks for anticipated recruitment needs. - Proactively engage and attract passive candidates through professional and compelling interactions. Recruitment & Candidate Engagement - Execute comprehensive recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring teams. - Evaluate candidates' professional background, competencies, organizational compatibility, and placement potential. - Manage interview scheduling, follow-up communications, and employment proposal processes. - Meticulously document candidate information within candidate management platforms. Stakeholder Communication & Alignment - Communicate with clarity and professionalism through verbal and written English. - Deliver timely and comprehensive updates to management and internal collaborators. - Develop comprehensive understanding of role requirements to identify optimal candidate profiles. - Serve as organizational representative, maintaining professional interactions with all potential candidates. Administrative & Performance Tracking - Monitor recruitment performance indicators and daily activity objectives. - Ensure precise documentation and strict adherence to compliance protocols. - Oversee job postings, applicant progression, and pipeline dynamics across various platforms. Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory) - Background in staffing or high-volume recruitment environments. - Proficiency with candidate tracking systems. - Advanced candidate search capabilities. - Experience recruiting for specialized technical, healthcare, and trade positions.
