Work as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in a fully remote outpatient setting, providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management to patients with lower to moderate acuity needs. What You’ll Do
- Conduct remote psychiatric assessments and diagnose mental health conditions
- Develop individualized treatment strategies, including pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions
- Provide psychoeducation and supportive therapy during patient visits
- Document all clinical activity efficiently in an electronic medical record system
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered treatment
- Maintain consistent clinical judgment without pressure to reduce visit length or increase patient volume
What We’re Looking For
- Current board certification as a PMHNP-BC with an unrestricted license allowing autonomous practice
- At least four years of post-graduate clinical experience delivering outpatient psychiatric services
- Proven ability to conduct thorough evaluations, manage medications, and deliver therapy in a telehealth environment
- Experience with electronic medical records and accurate, timely documentation
- Strong clinical reasoning, clear communication skills, and a collaborative mindset

Work Environment
This is a fully remote position open to providers licensed in Alaska. You’ll have complete control over your weekly availability and schedule. The role excludes inpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and crisis service responsibilities, allowing you to focus exclusively on outpatient care.
