GE HealthCare is looking for a Remote Project Manager to join our Patient Care Solutions Project Management team. In this role, you will own the project management and implementation process for our Monitoring Solutions, Perioperative, and Maternal Infant Care products, acting as the primary liaison between GE Healthcare and the customer.
What You'll Do
- Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity throughout the installation process.
- Execute the implementation of managed projects, identifying GE and customer responsibilities per the sales contract.
- Track and communicate implementation progress, equipment delivery, installation, and testing.
- Maintain accurate project milestone dates.
- Create visible and predictable data for key business metrics and revenue forecasting.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve issues affecting customer satisfaction and GE operational targets.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical field experience.
- Minimum of three years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale project management where deadlines were met on or ahead of schedule.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree or Project Management Certificate.
- Customer service experience working in a clinical environment.
- Knowledge or experience within the healthcare industry and GE Healthcare products.
- Proficient in project Management Software such as Workbench, MS Project, or Smartsheets.
- Six Sigma certification and/or experience in Lean methodology.
- Experience with large-scale healthcare system implementation projects involving data and application integrations.
- Experience leading testing and go-live readiness efforts with customers and vendors.
- Ability to communicate technical subjects to technical and non-technical audiences.
