Uptalent.io is looking for a Remote Project Architect to manage the design and technical execution of projects based in California. You will serve as the primary technical leader, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout all project phases and coordinating with external consultants and internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Oversee project design intent through all phases from schematic design to construction administration.
- Manage project documentation and coordinate among all consultants.
- Lead technical and code compliance reviews.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client and internal team coordination.
- Supervise job captains and production staff while ensuring quality control.
- Provide construction administration support, including RFIs, submittals, and ASIs.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5+ years of experience in a project architect role.
- Demonstrated experience leading full project lifecycles for U.S.-based projects.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, global position focused on projects located in California.
