Cardinal Health is seeking a Remote Pharmacy Clerk (Evening Shift) to join our team. This 100% remote position supports a Cardinal-owned specialty pharmacy. As a Clerk, you will provide essential prescription order entry details to enable our pharmacists to process prescription orders effectively.
What You'll Do
- Effectively manage moderate to high prescription volume.
- Input patient data into the pharmacy information management system.
- Display a professional approach with team members at all times.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of and abide by all HIPAA, Board of Pharmacy, and applicable federal and state regulations.
- Apply acquired job skills and company policies to complete standard tasks.
- Work on routine assignments that require basic problem resolution.
- Refer to policies and past practices for guidance.
- Receive general direction on standard work and detailed instruction on new assignments.
- Consult with supervisors or senior peers on complex and unusual problems.

Nice to Have
- Data entry experience.
- Call center experience.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Two years of relevant work experience.
