PeopleCert is looking for a Remote Online Exams & Customer Experience Assistant - Italian Speaking to join our agile team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality global certification services, providing exceptional support and ensuring the secure, fair administration of exams.
What You'll Do
- Provide exemplary customer service to candidates, testing centers, and stakeholders via email, chat, and phone.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience throughout the examination and certification process.
- Oversee the secure and fair conduct of certification exams at testing centers or online platforms.
- Enforce exam rules and protocols to maintain the integrity of the certification process.
- Handle technical or procedural issues that arise during exams.
- Execute administrative tasks related to exam registrations, scheduling, and result processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in systems, ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Carry out any reasonably allocated duties relevant to the role with a flexible and adaptable customer-centric approach.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent command of the English and Italian language (native-like or C2 level).
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Well organized, self-driven, and flexible.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts (including nightshifts, weekends, and holidays).
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in a similar position or function.
- Prior experience in the certification of persons and/or training and exam fields.
- A passion for customer satisfaction.
- LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate.
- ECDL Advance level certification.
