EX Squared is hiring a Remote Lead Human-Centered Design Engineer to shape the future of our product experience. In this role, you will be the primary advocate for our users, leading the design process from concept to execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead human-centered design strategy for key product initiatives.
- Conduct user research, create journey maps, and prototype user experiences.
- Translate complex problems into clear, intuitive design solutions.
- Guide and mentor other designers on best practices.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product management teams.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading design projects in a product development environment.
- Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a human-centered design process.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating design decisions.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage design priorities.
