EX Squared is seeking a Senior HCD Engineer to join our team. This full-time remote role focuses on applying human-centered design principles to develop effective and accessible solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead the application of human-centered design methodologies throughout the product lifecycle
- Design and conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesis activities
- Translate user insights and business requirements into actionable design strategies
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement user-focused solutions
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design best practices
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in HCD, UX design, or a closely related field
- Proven expertise in user research methods and usability evaluation
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end HCD process and problem-solving
- Ability to communicate complex design concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in agile or iterative development environments
Work Mode
