EX Squared is seeking a Human-Centered Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing user-centric digital products that are both functional and engaging. You'll work collaboratively to translate user needs into elegant, effective solutions.
What You'll Do
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical constraints
- Advocate for human-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience applying human-centered design methodologies to digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user interface design, interaction design, and prototyping
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and collaborate effectively with engineers and product managers
- Understanding of front-end development technologies and their impact on design implementation
