EX Squared is hiring a Remote Lead Application Engineer to take ownership of key technical projects and guide their successful execution. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of robust applications, making high-level architectural decisions, and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality solutions.

What You'll Do

Lead the design, development, and deployment of application software
Provide technical direction and mentorship to other engineers
Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure software systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical roadmaps
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, tested code and system documentation

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a lead or senior-level engineer shipping production software
Strong background in full-stack or backend application development
Expertise in system design, architectural patterns, and code quality
Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor team members
