Wave is looking for a Remote IT Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential technical support and ensure smooth IT operations for our organization. Your work schedule will be aligned with U.S. Central Time.
What You'll Do
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting to resolve IT issues
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure high availability
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security configurations
- Document processes, solutions, and system configurations
- Collaborate with team members to improve IT support workflows
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a remote IT support or helpdesk role
- Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Knowledge of common operating systems, productivity software, and cloud services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a fully remote environment
- Availability to work a schedule aligned with U.S. Central Time
