Anomaly Squared is hiring a Remote Insurance Lead Generation Specialist to be the crucial first point of contact for potential clients. In this remote pre-sales role, you will drive company growth by engaging prospects and qualifying leads before they are passed to the sales team. Success requires thriving in an independent, work-from-home environment.
What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact to engage potential clients.
- Qualify leads before they are passed on to the sales team.
What We're Looking For
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems including Google Chrome.
- Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
- Own a computer at home (cannot be a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook) that meets minimum requirements: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or better), Windows 10 (32-bit / 64-bit) or higher, 8GB RAM or more.
- A webcam.
- High-speed internet access with a download speed of at least 100 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps.
- A desk or workstation in a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST).

- A High School Diploma or GED.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation of $10.00 per hour ($7.25 per hour during training).
