Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact to interact with prospective clients and assess lead quality prior to handoff to sales.
- Conduct both outbound and inbound calls to stimulate interest and demand for client insurance offerings.

- Minimum 8GB of RAM required
- Webcam is mandatory
- High-speed internet with minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
- Dedicated desk and quiet workspace required
- Attendance at a mandatory two-week virtual training is required, held Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST (8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST)
