Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
- Personal computer meeting specific requirements: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better, Windows 10 or higher, 8GB RAM or more
- Webcam
- High-speed internet with minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Quiet workspace with a desk
- Availability for 2-week mandatory virtual training, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST)
