Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact for connecting with prospective clients and assessing lead eligibility
- Forward verified leads to the sales department for follow-up
- Conduct outbound phone outreach in a dynamic, high-energy setting
- Consistently achieve performance goals and volume expectations

Part of a team of driven professionals working remotely, serving as the first point of contact to connect with potential clients, assess lead quality, and transition qualified prospects to the sales team

- Wage: $10.00 per hour ($7.25 per hour during training)
- Must own a home computer that meets technical specifications (excludes Chromebooks, Notebooks, and MacBooks)
- Requires high-speed internet with minimum download speed of 100 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
- Must maintain a dedicated desk or workstation in a quiet, professional environment
- Required to complete a full two-week mandatory virtual training session, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST (8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST)
