Anomaly Squared is hiring a Remote Insurance Lead Generation Specialist based in Charleston, SC. In this pre-sales role, you’ll act as the first point of contact to engage potential clients and qualify leads, a crucial function for our company’s growth.
What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact to engage potential clients.
- Qualify leads before they are passed on to the sales team.
What We're Looking For
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems including Google Chrome.
- Can demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
- Own a computer at home (cannot be a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook) meeting specified minimum workstation requirements.
- Have a webcam.
- Have high-speed internet access with a download speed of at least 100 and an upload speed of at least 10.
- Must have a desk/workstation in a quiet workspace.
- Must be able to attend a full 2-week MANDATORY virtual training Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST.

Benefits & Compensation

- Compensation: $10.00 per hour ($7.25 per hour during training).
