Valatam is hiring a Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to our insurance agency partner clients. In this full-time, remote role for candidates in Latin America, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing service in both English and Spanish. What You'll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound customer communication via phone and email in English and Spanish.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding policies, coverage, and claims.
- Contact customers regarding renewals and payment reminders.
- Contact carriers to obtain policy information and resolve issues.
- Handle inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform other similar or related tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in English and Spanish for professional communication.
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
- Strong communication skills for handling inquiries via phone and email.
- Ability to navigate policy details and coordinate with insurance carriers.
- Residence in Latin America.
Work Mode
This is a 100% remote, full-time position open to candidates based in Latin America.
