Town Web is hiring a Remote Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative to help local governments modernize their digital services. In this role, you’ll use a consultative sales approach to qualify leads, identify opportunities, and drive new business, working closely with our Head of Sales.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and qualify interested prospects.
- Identify and engage high-potential target accounts through outbound outreach.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and recommend solutions.
- Conduct virtual demos focused on each prospect's specific needs and challenges.
- Maintain an active and organized pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Make 80–100 outbound calls daily (primarily warm/cold leads), with a goal of booking 3–5 qualified demo appointments per day.
- Log all activity in the CRM and collaborate with the Head of Sales on next steps.
- Follow up with prospects via email and phone professionally to drive closed deals.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of three years' experience in outbound sales, from appointment setting through close.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Able to clearly explain value propositions.
- Experience working remotely with US-based clients.
- Familiar with CRMs, call tracking tools, and email outreach platforms.
- Competitive, self-directed, and proactive.
- Comfortable in a respectfully-candid communication environment and willing to accept constructive feedback.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high output expectations.
- Confident making cold calls and navigating objections.
- A strategic communicator who can clearly connect client challenges with Town Web’s solutions.
