MySigrid is hiring a Social Media Manager to own and grow our online presence, primarily on LinkedIn. In this role, you will be proactive and creative, focusing on content repurposing, community engagement, and leveraging technology to streamline workflows. What You'll Do

  • Manage and strategically grow the company's LinkedIn presence with consistent content.
  • Repurpose existing content like blogs, videos, and podcasts into engaging posts and short-form updates.
  • Actively engage on social platforms by responding to comments, messages, and interacting with relevant posts.
  • Collaborate with the team on creative content ideas and social media campaigns.
  • Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on performance data.
  • Stay updated on LinkedIn trends and best practices.
  • Utilize basic AI tools to assist in content generation and workflow optimization.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn or similar B2B social media channels.
  • Strong written communication and content creation skills, with an eye for detail and tone consistency.
  • Basic knowledge of design and AI-based content tools.
  • Proactive, collaborative work style with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to repurpose content into engaging social media posts.
  • Strong understanding of social media engagement to build community.
  • Collaborative mindset—comfortable brainstorming and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and using data to optimize performance.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment across time zones.
