In this position, you will deliver essential after-hours support, managing hospice patient and family needs via telephone with professionalism and understanding. You will assist in ensuring prompt interventions and care coordination for individuals receiving hospice services. Requirements - Active multistate Registered Nurse (RN) license - Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience strongly preferred - Technological proficiency with electronic medical records - Comfortable documenting via typing in dynamic environments - Stress management and multitasking capabilities during high-volume call periods - Superior communication and analytical skills - Independent remote work abilities - Consistent attendance, active communication, reliable internet connectivity Key Responsibilities - Telephone triage for hospice patients and families - Patient condition assessment and intervention planning - Collaborative care and resource coordination - Precise communication and intervention documentation - Maintaining professional composure during urgent interactions Benefits All Remote Hospice Triage RNs receive $25 hourly post-training.
