Fullmind is hiring a certified Remote High School Math, Science, or Social Science Teacher based in New York State. You will deliver live-streamed instruction to students, develop lesson plans, and track progress, all while partnering with an in-class facilitator present with the students.
What You'll Do
- Teach the school curriculum via the district's virtual platform.
- Create and deliver lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum.
- Record student progress and keep track of grades and performance.
- Partner with an in-class facilitator physically present with students.
- Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
- Develop strategies to engage students and nurture learning and relationships.
- Attend district professional development sessions and faculty meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid NYS teacher certification in Math, Science, or Social Science.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet.
- Ability to complete the recruitment process and submit a background check.
Nice to Have
- Prior online teaching experience.
Team & Environment
You will partner with an in-class facilitator who is physically present with the students.
Benefits & Compensation
- This is a contract position and does not include benefits.
- Compensation is an hourly rate of $30-$36. Rates are negotiable and subject to change.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates within the United States.
