FusionTek was looking for a Remote Helpdesk Technician - Weekend Coverage

FusionTek is hiring a Remote Helpdesk Technician to provide dedicated weekend coverage. This role is for a results-oriented professional dedicated to client satisfaction and skilled in resolving technical issues remotely.

What You'll Do

  • Provide remote desktop and laptop support, addressing break/fix issues, application installations, and configuration of user settings.
  • Investigate and remediate malware alerts and help users enroll in MFA.
  • Diligently document, track, and escalate tickets through the ticketing system.
  • Keep the documentation platform current.
  • Collaborate with a talented team to deliver exceptional service to clients from a remote workspace.

What We're Looking For

  • Expertise in desktop operating systems (Windows 10/11 and MacOS).
  • Experience working with Office 365.
  • Experience managing user accounts in Active Directory.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding service and client satisfaction.
