FusionTek is hiring a Remote Helpdesk Technician to provide dedicated weekend coverage. This role is for a results-oriented professional dedicated to client satisfaction and skilled in resolving technical issues remotely.
What You'll Do
- Provide remote desktop and laptop support, addressing break/fix issues, application installations, and configuration of user settings.
- Investigate and remediate malware alerts and help users enroll in MFA.
- Diligently document, track, and escalate tickets through the ticketing system.
- Keep the documentation platform current.
- Collaborate with a talented team to deliver exceptional service to clients from a remote workspace.
What We're Looking For
- Expertise in desktop operating systems (Windows 10/11 and MacOS).
- Experience working with Office 365.
- Experience managing user accounts in Active Directory.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Commitment to providing outstanding service and client satisfaction.
