EX Squared is seeking a Remote Healthcare Consultant with specialized expertise in Radiation Oncology. This role leverages deep clinical knowledge to analyze and advise on oncology service delivery, technology implementation, and process optimization.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert consultation on radiation oncology clinical operations and workflows
- Analyze and recommend improvements for oncology service delivery models
- Advise on the selection and implementation of radiation therapy technologies and software
- Develop reports and strategic plans to enhance patient care quality and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate clinical needs into actionable solutions
What We're Looking For
- Advanced degree (e.g., MD, PhD, MS) or equivalent certification in Radiation Oncology, Medical Physics, or a closely related clinical field
- 5+ years of hands-on clinical, administrative, or consulting experience within a radiation oncology department
- Deep understanding of radiation therapy workflows, technologies (e.g., LINAC, TPS), and quality assurance protocols
- Proven ability to analyze complex clinical processes and communicate recommendations clearly
- Self-motivated with strong project management skills for a remote work environment
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. You will collaborate with teams and clients virtually, requiring excellent communication and self-discipline.
