The Remote Growth Marketing Manager (Volunteer) will lead the full growth marketing strategy and digital presence for Passion for Life, Inc., driving donor acquisition, community growth, and engagement through strategic planning and execution. This unpaid volunteer role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while gaining experience in nonprofit development and fundraising.
What You'll Do
- Develop comprehensive demand generation strategy to grow nonprofit partnerships, secure corporate sponsorships, and drive individual donor engagement
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns to generate interest in Passion for Life’s mission and services
- Co-lead the Marketing & Communications team to develop and execute strategy and tactics
- Analyze marketing insights to inform strategic planning
- Compile report for management showing results (ROI)
- Work across departments to ensure proper messaging is executed online and is relevant to organizational goals
- Support and protect the brand by ensuring positive messaging is maintained in the on-line community
- Manage on-line discussions by listening to users, reading between the lines, and responding in a timely manner to users’ needs and requests
- Report trends and recommended actions
- Prepare reports to update internal staff on usage statistics
