This role requires a creative and detail-oriented professional who can translate property listings, project launches, and corporate branding into visually compelling marketing assets that effectively attract buyers and investors.
What You'll Do
- Design high-quality marketing materials for property listings, including brochures, flyers, roll-ups, and presentations.
- Create engaging social media posts, ads, banners, and story templates for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Develop digital marketing assets including email newsletters, website banners, landing page visuals, and online campaign materials.
- Design project launch materials for off-plan developments and ready properties.
- Prepare professional listing templates for property portals like Property Finder and Bayut.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
- Edit property photos for lighting, color correction, and retouching to enhance visual appeal.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign objectives and deadlines.
- Ensure fast turnaround times while maintaining high design standards.
