RoomPriceGenie is hiring a Remote Global Partner Marketing Manager to own the partner marketing strategy for our growing ecosystem. You will take charge of strategic co-marketing campaigns, build scalable frameworks, create content, and drive pipeline growth, revenue, and product adoption.
What You'll Do
- Own and evolve RoomPriceGenie’s partner marketing strategy in line with company growth objectives.
- Lead strategic partner co-marketing campaigns that clearly position RoomPriceGenie’s value in partner ecosystems.
- Identify priority partners and marketing opportunities based on commercial impact.
- Define partner marketing goals, KPIs, and reporting in collaboration with Partnerships and Marketing leadership.
- Plan and execute joint campaigns with strategic partners, including content, webinars, launches, and demand-generation initiatives.
- Support regional marketing with the delivery of in-person partner events, including co-hosted events, sponsorships and other field activity.
- Ensure campaigns are well-executed, on-brand, measurable and deliver consistent ROI.
- Design and build scalable partner marketing frameworks to support breadth partners at scale.
- Create repeatable programs, templates, and playbooks that enable partners to market RoomPriceGenie consistently and effectively.
- Balance automation and scalability with quality and performance.
- Support the partner enablement function with messaging, value propositions, comparison positioning, and campaign assets.
- Work closely with Product Marketing to translate product capabilities into clear, partner-relevant narratives.
- Enable partners with the tools and guidance they need to successfully represent and sell RoomPriceGenie.
- Act as the marketing leader within the Partnerships team.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing (Content, Product Marketing, Web, Regional, Demand Gen), Commercial, and Product teams.
- Ensure partner marketing is aligned with broader go-to-market priorities and messaging.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience in partner marketing, regional marketing, or ecosystem marketing.
- Proven track record of running co-marketing campaigns with partners.
- Experience building scalable marketing programs rather than only one-off initiatives.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-growing organisation.
- Strong strategic thinker with a proven hands-on, execution-driven approach.
- Confident content creator and editor, with a clear eye for messaging and positioning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on commercial outcomes.
- Pragmatic, proactive, positive and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Collaborative and partner-first, with strong commercial awareness.
- Equally motivated by building frameworks and delivering results.
