Datamark, Inc. was looking for a Remote French Bilingual CSR

Datamark, Inc. is hiring a Remote French Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide direct support to a diverse customer base. You will be the primary point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution, promoting products and services across multiple communication channels.

What You'll Do

  • Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution in both French and English.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals.
  • Stay current on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Capability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.

Nice to Have

  • Additional education beyond a high school diploma.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment.
