Datamark, Inc. is hiring a Remote French Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide direct support to a diverse customer base. You will be the primary point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution, promoting products and services across multiple communication channels.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution in both French and English.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals.
- Stay current on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Capability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
Nice to Have
- Additional education beyond a high school diploma.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment.
