Trinity Health Corporation is hiring a REMOTE Epic Application Coordinator to provide primary support for the Epic ClinDoc application. You will be the main point of contact, coordinating project issues and developing best-practice workflows by collaborating directly with clinical and business partners. What You'll Do
- Establish priorities aligned with organizational initiatives and manage multiple projects while adapting to frequent priority changes.
- Consult with providers, clinicians, executives, and management at all levels to support decisions, workflows, and new initiatives.
- Provide critical analysis of data and specialized guidance for integration, system selection, and clinical process transformation.
- Research and recommend timing for new functionality and support upgrade design processes.
- Recommend innovative application solutions to improve workflow, patient safety, productivity, and financial outcomes.
- Provide leadership for application integration decisions and analyze/reengineer business processes to improve needs.
- Prepare detailed project work plans, assist system decision groups in determining evidence-based tools, and utilize performance improvement methodologies like PDCA, Lean, or Six Sigma.
- Participate in interdisciplinary functional groups, model teamwork, and actively pursue professional growth.
- Serve as the primary support contact for the application, performing in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues associated with Epic software.
- Analyze business operations relative to build decisions, populate databases during initial system builds, and ensure interface data meets business needs.
- Set standards using the Epic Style Guide, serve as a liaison between end users and Epic, and work with report writers.
- Commit to project timetables, participate in training, troubleshoot end-user problems, and manage projects from both organizational and detailed task perspectives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Progressively responsible experience as a subject matter expert, specialist, or consultant.
- Ability to learn Epic's software and obtain EPIC Certification within 3 to 6 months after hire.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience leading performance/business process improvement activities (using PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) or direct experience building IT systems.
- Ability to interface with multiple technical and business teams and familiarity with information systems and clinical software.
- Ability to analyze business operations for build decisions and investigate end-user preferences.
- Strong communication and analytical skills to assess team and organizational needs.
- Ability to motivate team members, build consensus, and operate effectively in a highly collaborative, shared leadership environment.
- Personal presence characterized by honesty, integrity, and caring.
- Willingness to travel to Trinity Health sites as needed, with work hours that may include after-hours and weekends. Participation in a rotating on-call schedule may be required.

You will work hand-in-hand with other Epic Application Coordinators, Project Managers, Trainers, and respective Application Managers, reporting to Application Managers.
Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly pay range: $46.31 - $69.46
