ExploreMore with Fran is looking for a Remote Entry Level Cruise Coordinator to assist clients in planning and booking their perfect cruises. You’ll be responsible for finding tailored itineraries, accommodations, and onboard experiences while providing exceptional service from initial inquiry to final resolution.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients in planning and booking cruises, including selecting itineraries, cabins, and shore excursions.
- Provide detailed information about cruise ships, itineraries, and onboard amenities.
- Manage booking processes, confirming reservations, processing payments, and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Answer client inquiries regarding cruise options, availability, pricing, and other travel-related services.
- Build and maintain relationships with cruise line partners to offer the best services and deals.
- Handle any issues or changes in bookings, providing timely resolutions and excellent customer service.
