NoGigiddy is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Entry-Level Community Manager to join our remote team. You'll help build and manage a supportive online community for gig workers using Circle.so, focusing on engagement, moderation, and content creation.
What You'll Do
- Actively engage with gig workers through our community platform, Circle.so, encouraging participation and fostering a sense of community.
- Monitor discussions, enforce community guidelines, and ensure a safe and respectful environment for all members.
- Develop and share content that resonates with our community, including posts, articles, and updates about NoGigiddy and gig work opportunities.
- Address questions, concerns, and feedback from community members promptly and effectively.
- Plan and execute virtual events, webinars, and live sessions to engage and inform our community.
- Gather insights and feedback from the community to help improve our platform and services.
- Work with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and to support marketing and recruitment efforts.
- Monitor community engagement metrics and provide regular reports on community activities and growth.
What We're Looking For

- Ability to build and maintain relationships within the community.
- Proficiency with community management platforms (e.g., Circle.so) and social media tools.
- Ability to address and resolve community issues and conflicts effectively.
- Strong ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience in community management, social media management, or a related field.
- Previous experience with gig economy platforms or staffing apps.
- Experience hosting and coordinating virtual events.
- Relevant certifications or coursework in social media, marketing, or community management.
