CLEAResult Consulting Inc. is looking for a Remote Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this inbound contact center role, you will directly help utility customers save money and make their homes more energy efficient, contributing to a better climate. You'll be the frontline voice for our energy efficiency programs, providing expert support and service.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound voice calls in a contact center environment.
- Support multiple energy efficiency programs using several platforms simultaneously.
- Provide customer service, schedule visits, handle customer enrollment, educate on program offerings, and give tech, online, and status support.
- Navigate a wide range of support scripts, from verbatim to talking points.
- Manage chat and email interactions with customers for select programs.
- Adhere to a committed schedule with set lunches and breaks.
- Work towards defined performance goals and metrics.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls.
- Ability to expertly navigate a script.
- Experience supporting customers and technical inquiries.
- Comfort with a committed schedule and set lunch/break times.
- Appreciation for goals and performance metrics.
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- No attendance or punctuality concerns.
- Ability to thrive in an intensive environment, balancing customer support while navigating multiple platforms.
- Minimum of 6 months of previous customer-facing experience.
- Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction.
- A proactive 'How can I help you?' attitude.

- Call Center experience in an inbound or outbound sales environment.
