Paired is hiring a Remote E-commerce Director for a dynamic U.S. supplement brand. You will be the strategic force behind our digital revenue engine, leading explosive growth across DTC, Amazon, and Shopify. This role requires shaping high-level strategy while owning day-to-day execution across all ecommerce touchpoints, from first click to repeat purchase.
What You'll Do
- Own DTC revenue growth targets and drive margin optimization across all ecommerce channels.
- Develop and execute a holistic ecommerce strategy aligned with company-wide growth goals.
- Lead Amazon growth through team oversight and performance-driven operations.
- Support retail expansion with integrated digital strategy and omnichannel coordination.
- Own Shopify site strategy, ongoing enhancements, and platform optimization.
- Oversee conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and product detail page performance.
- Drive continuous UX improvements to enhance customer experience and boost conversion.
- Implement and refine checkout flows, subscription programs, and the end-to-end customer journey.
- Build advanced ecommerce forecasting models and manage inventory flow.
- Optimize LTV:CAC ratios through strategic funnel improvements and tech stack leverage.
- Lead analytics efforts around margin control, average order value growth, and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and KPI tracking for full visibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, retention, and operations teams to execute flawlessly.
- Manage and mentor ecommerce team members and agency partners.
- Align closely with product development on new SKU launches and go-to-market strategy.
- Partner with marketing to align campaign planning and performance optimization.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Over 7 years of leadership experience in eCommerce, with a strong focus on CPG and DTC brands.
- Proven success in managing $20M+ in annual eCommerce revenue.
- Expert in Shopify, with a track record of building and optimizing high-converting online stores.
- Deep expertise in analytics, margin management, AOV optimization, and customer lifecycle strategy.
