IntellaTriage is hiring a Remote Dispatch LPN to support our hospice and home health operations. This part-time role works every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) from 9:30am to 7pm. You will be integral in ensuring timely nurse visits by managing and prioritizing dispatch requests.
What You'll Do
- Manage encounters in the workgroup that require a scheduled nurse visit.
- Prioritize workgroup encounters based on acuity using internal dispatch tools.
- Place outbound calls to on-call staff to arrange visits and relay necessary information.
What We're Looking For
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license.
- Must live in and work from a Compact US state.
- Experience with end-of-life care is required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (speak, write, read) is required.
- Must have high-speed internet and be tech savvy with keyboard competence.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A clear communicator who is detail-oriented and reliable.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $19 per hour base, plus shift differentials.
- $1 shift differential for overnight shifts and a $1 shift differential for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Part-time and full-time nurses accumulate PTO based on hours worked per year.
- Eligibility to participate in our 401(k) plan.
- Full-time nurses may also participate in medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurances.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. You must live in and work from a Compact US state.
