About the Role

eight&four is seeking a Production Coordinator for a fully remote, in-house role embedded within a major gaming client's organization. This position is designed for someone early in their production career who wants to develop their skills, take on ownership, and learn from one of the world's largest gaming companies.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end production on smaller projects.
  • Support Producers and creative teams across larger initiatives.
  • Support the team with administrative work, including onboarding freelancers and setting up contracts.
  • Support coordination across projects by working closely with internal creatives and external partners.
  • Ensure creative work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
