EX Squared is looking for a Remote Design Team Lead to own the vision and execution for our design practice. You will be the creative anchor, guiding projects from concept to completion while fostering a collaborative and effective team culture.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design team, providing direction, mentorship, and creative feedback
- Establish and maintain design processes, standards, and quality benchmarks
- Oversee multiple concurrent design projects, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations
- Translate business and product goals into compelling visual strategies
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization

- Proven experience leading a design team in a professional environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across multiple design disciplines
- Excellent communication skills for articulating design decisions and strategies
- Ability to manage priorities and delegate work effectively in a remote setting
- Experience building scalable design systems and processes
