EX Squared is looking for a Remote Senior Experience Manager to own and drive client experience strategy. In this senior role, you will lead cross-functional collaboration and ensure the delivery of exceptional, high-quality outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end client experience, from strategy development to project delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution
- Analyze client needs and translate them into actionable project plans
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and service delivery models
- Serve as the primary point of escalation and advocacy for client engagements
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in client-facing project management, account management, or experience leadership
- Proven track record of managing complex digital or technical projects from conception to delivery
- Strong ability to build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Self-motivated with a high degree of ownership and accountability
