EX Squared is hiring a Remote Data Operations Specialist to join our global team. In this mid-level role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the data pipelines and processes that are critical to our operations.
What You'll Do
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot data workflows and pipelines
- Execute data validation, cleansing, and transformation tasks to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support their data needs and resolve operational issues
- Document data processes, procedures, and known issues
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains in data operations
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in a data operations, data analysis, or similar role
- Strong understanding of data lifecycle management and data quality principles
- Proficiency with data manipulation tools and basic scripting (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment
- Professional proficiency in English

This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Argentina. You will be part of a globally distributed team.
