Flowfox is hiring a Remote Customer Support Specialist to support our distribution department in Charlotte. This role is available part-time or full-time with flexible schedules and includes paid training.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer emails and chats

- Resolve basic service requests
- Log interactions accurately
- Coordinate with warehouse teams
