Flowfox is looking for a Remote Customer Support Specialist to support our fast-growing distribution department based in Tucson. This role is available on a part-time or full-time basis, allowing you to work remotely while helping our customers and warehouse teams.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer emails and chats.
- Support distribution-related inquiries.
- Provide order and shipment updates.
- Resolve basic service requests.
- Log interactions accurately.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams.
- Follow support procedures.
