Jerry.ai is seeking a Remote Customer Support Agent (P&C) to help existing customers manage their insurance policies from our portfolio of 55+ carrier partners. You will process service changes and answer policy questions to support customers and retain policyholders, supporting our mission to help car owners save time and money.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers.
- Process service requests such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents.
- Help customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies related to coverages, policy benefits, or changes.
- Work to retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.

- Hourly wage: $19.00 - $21.00.
