Jerry.ai is seeking a Remote Call Center Agent. In this role, you will help our existing customers manage their insurance policies with our 55+ carrier partners. You’ll provide essential support to ensure customers can easily make changes and understand their coverage.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers.
- Process service requests such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, and sending policy documents.
- Help customers understand their existing policies, including coverage details and benefits, and make changes as needed.
- Work proactively to retain policyholders by finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.

- Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 hourly.

- We will pay for your Property & Casualty license, which is expected within 60 days after starting.
