Brafton is looking for a Remote Customer Success Manager based in Mexico. This is a contract, full-time position within our Customer Success Management team, where you will focus on project management to ensure client success.
What You'll Do
- Manage project delivery and timelines for a portfolio of clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Track and report on key success metrics and project health.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a customer success or account management role with a project management focus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.

This is a remote position requiring candidates to be based in Mexico.
