EX Squared is hiring a Remote Customer Success Manager to be the trusted advisor and advocate for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their journey, ensuring they achieve their goals and realize maximum value from our products and services.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for a portfolio of assigned accounts.
- Proactively manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Onboard new clients and guide them through product adoption and best practices.
- Monitor customer health metrics and identify risks, developing and executing success plans to address them.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements.
- Drive renewals and identify opportunities for account expansion.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to understand customer health and inform strategy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English and French.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in France.
