The Remote Customer Service Associate is an entry-level position at XTREME GRAPHICS LIMITED, requiring a minimum 9-month commitment. This role involves managing customer inquiries via phone, with comprehensive on-the-job training provided to support your success.
What You'll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls
- Handle inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Accurately document interactions and follow company scripts
- Maintain professionalism and a distraction-free workspace
What We're Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Fluent in English
- Dependable, eager to learn, and open to feedback
- Must maintain perfect attendance during the initial training period (approximately 2 weeks)
- Windows: 8GB RAM, Intel Core i5 (4 cores) or higher, 2.0GHz+
- Mac: 8GB RAM, macOS Catalina or Big Sur (M1 chip supported), 2.0GHz+
- Wired USB headset with a built-in microphone (wireless or Bluetooth headsets are not permitted)
- Wired LTE router using a SIM card and connected by cable
- Wi-Fi or mobile hotspots will not be accepted

Work Mode
