In this role, you will guide clients through planning and booking memorable cruise vacations and luxury resort stays. You'll be responsible for matching travelers to the right experiences and managing all logistical details to ensure seamless journeys.
What You'll Do
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, timelines, and budgets.
- Research and recommend the best cruise lines, resort properties, excursions, and amenities.
- Coordinate and book reservations for cruises, resorts, and related travel services.
- Provide timely updates and send confirmation details to clients.
- Maintain accurate booking records and manage all travel documents.
- Stay informed about current cruise itineraries, resort packages, and seasonal promotions.
