About the Role
Deliver high-quality therapeutic services to young clients using proven clinical methods in a fully remote setting while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct remote individual and family therapy sessions for children and adolescents
- Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to determine treatment needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with caregivers and guardians to support treatment goals
- Coordinate care with external healthcare providers when necessary
- Adhere to ethical standards and professional guidelines
- Engage in ongoing case reviews and clinical consultations
- Respond to client crises within established protocols
- Participate in supervision and quality improvement activities
- Stay current with clinical best practices and research
- Ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations
- Support continuity of care across treatment phases
- Utilize telehealth platforms securely and effectively
- Conduct risk assessments and safety planning
- Facilitate psychoeducation for patients and families
- Address behavioral and emotional challenges in youth
- Apply trauma-informed approaches when appropriate
- Work within scope of licensure and training
