Jerry.ai is looking for a Remote Call Center Representative to help existing customers manage their insurance policies from our network of 55+ insurance carrier partners. You'll provide direct support for policy changes and service requests, playing a key role in customer retention.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers.
- Process service requests such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents.
- Help customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies, including coverages, policy benefits, or making changes.
- Work to retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation.
What We're Looking For
- Must obtain a P&C license within 60 days after starting (company will pay for it).

- Hourly wage: $18.00 - $21.00
