As a Remote Call Center Agent, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers as they manage their auto insurance needs. You'll handle incoming calls, guide policyholders through service updates, and deliver clear, accurate information to help them make informed decisions about their coverage.
What You'll Do
- Answer customer calls and assist with inquiries about their existing policies, including coverage details and benefits
- Process requests to modify policies, such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers
- Update account information, including adding lienholders and issuing updated policy documents
- Identify at-risk customers and work to retain them by offering tailored solutions
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
- Demonstrated commitment to helping others and delivering excellent service
